Anna practices primarily in equity, trusts, succession and guardianship. 

Anna frequently appears in the Supreme Court, District Court and QCAT, and provides advice, on a variety of matters, including: 

  1. applications for probate of lost and informal wills; 
  2. applications for limited and urgent grants of representation;
  3. applications for the removal of executors; 
  4. applications for judicial advice;
  5. applications for statutory wills;
  6. applications by personal representatives, trustees and attorneys for judicial advice and directions;
  7. guardianship and powers of attorney disputes; 
  8. probate disputes; and 
  9. family provision applications.

While Anna specialises in equity, trusts, succession and guardianship, she has also acted in commercial disputes and administrative law proceedings. 

Prior to being called to the bar, Anna worked as principal legal officer at the Public Trustee and as a solicitor for eight years, in each case practicing primarily in equity, trusts, succession and guardianship. 

Anna holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Queensland.
